Wow, really a nice find, Now I can Assist my friends remotely from
my PC, without Installing anything

Teamviewer is nice, but
the free version is not enough functionality wise, and the regular plan is a bit pricey. I
recently switched over from LogMeIn Rescue to Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) which
is a fraction of the cost and is very simple to use for the end-user. That’s my vote!
