After a long vacation i went back to office today. Our develpoment team told me about an interesting issue in one of the websites we support.
One of the web application was crashing in Mozilla Firefox. Style sheets were failing in a particular page. The page was not getting fully loaded. The same application was working fine in Internet Explorer. After some investigation we found that the issue was caused due to a HTML comment.
We noticed that when there are odd number of ‘-’ in a comment firefox fail to load the page.
The page worked fine when we added one more ‘-’
ODD!!!
