HP’s iPAQ Glisten coming to AT&T

hp-ipaq-glisten-smallAT&T has been out of the Smartphone market for a minute, and since then their arch rival Dell has managed to drop a bomb with their new Android smartphone heading to Brazil and China in a few.

HP has just made it official that the iPAQ Glisten is indeed real and will be coming to AT&T. The phone is aimed squarely at the business sector and will come with a 2.5 inch AMOLED display and a 3.1 megapixel camera to take photos with. Other features includes 256 of SDRAM and microSD expansion slot as well as A-GPS and a 3.5mm headphoen jack.

The phone keeps it standard with a full QWERTY keyboard, 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and Windows Mobile 6.5 to boot. Price is set at $179 after $50 mail in rebate on a two year contract from AT&T.
