Are you someone who explores all possible ways to access a blocked website in office or school? then WebToMail is one site which you should not miss.
So how does WebToMail help you access a blocked website (or any website)? simply send an email to send@webtomail.co.cc with the URL of the website as the subject and you will get a HTML email with the content of the web page.
